2. Medical help/DSHS (QueenAnne Helpline provided all the help)
3. bus fare to the doctor or hospital
4. no help after an accident on Metro Bus on 9.06.2018

24 years of homeless, home 2018

The main lesson I learned (over and over) while homeless for 24 years is this:

It is a terrible mistake to encourage homeless people to congregate.

All bad things happen with a large group of angry, desperate people get together. 

Unfortunately, most everything in the welfare system and charity system is designed to do this same thing again and again.

Home in 1994

Home in 1994 delivering newspapers for the Idaho Statesman newspaper.  The delivery company I worked for was confiscated by IRS (Treasury Department).  They were in business for something like 33 years.  They were my employer and landlord.  I worked several months and got free rent but kept missing the guy that pays out the cash.  When the IRS confiscated the vehicles they stoled my tools which were in one of the vans.
