After multiple SNAFUs at 'Carnegie Hall' with Pioneer Human Services, my plan in Everett was to go to Biomat (giving blood for money) for bus fare on January 29, 2021. Unfortunately they require a Social Security card which I don't have. I was 'evicted' (all homeless evicted) from 'Carnegie Hall' (downstairs homeless shelter run by the Salvation Army) and sent to the Econolodge Motel for several months. With a case manager I asked for help to get a Social Security card. Instead they had me file for a 'stimulus check'. Then they will help me get a bank account (with inadequate ID) and then help with housing.
The check was not sent by the IRS, so what I got was zilch on help (other than surgery). I did not have bus fare to go to the doctor's office to get stitches removed.
SNAFUS at Pioneer Human Services included major SANFUS at DSHS and SSI.
